Which shipping method do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We currently offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand! Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT taxes, and/or additionally fees that may apply from your country.

However, if you don't live in the countries listed above and you would like to purchase from our online store, then contact us here. We may be able to create a manual order for you, depending on your country of residence.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any of our Unique Wax Melts or Donut Soap internationally.

How soon will my order ship?

We ship orders quickly and will have it shipped out within 1-3 business days. Click here for more information regarding our shipping policy.

I accidentally entered the wrong address on my order! Can you fix it?

If your order has not been shipped out yet, then quickly contact us here so we can get that fixed! Unfortunately, we are unable to fix it if it has been shipped. However, if your order gets sent back to us then we will contact you to let you know. Per our Shipping Policy here, you are responsible for the re-shipping fees.

Do your products contain any parabens or sulfates?

We are happy to inform you that none of our products contain any parabens, sulfates, or mineral oil.

Are your whipped shea butters and soaps good for sensitive skin?

The ingredients we use are gentle enough for all skin types. However, when trying a product for the first time, it's always a good idea to do a patch test first.

To do a patch test, simply use product as directed on a small area of skin. If no irritation occurs within 24 hours then you should be good to go! However, if you do experience any irritation then discontinue use.

We do carry Fragrance-Free Sensitive Skin options in our products if you are sensitive to fragrances.
